Coconut Colada Cocktail

The official beverage of Puerto Rico, the traditional pina colada cocktail is built from rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and swaying palm trees on the beach. We have our own version of the cocktail, improved, of course, by bubbles from Freixenet Cordon Negro. Delicious and refreshing, there is nothing strained about this cocktail. It is smooth sailing, from the first sip to the last nibble of the garnish. 

Ingredients

  • 2/10 Rum
  • 1/10 Coconut cream
  • 3/10 Pineapple juice
  • 4/10 Freixenet Cordon Negro
  • Crushed Ice
  • Blueberries for garnish

Method

Mix the rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a blend with ice. Pour into a cava glass and fill with Cordon Negro Brut. Add a handful of blueberries on top.
