‘Sip and Shuck’ this Valentine’s Day!

We're joining forces with seafood restaurant Galley, to launch a luxury delivery service for loved-up Londoners this V-day!

To celebrate the most romantic day of the year, Freixenet has teamed up with Islington eatery, Galley, to launch a luxury ‘Sip and Shuck’ delivery service; comprising a delicious seafood platter and dessert, as well as a bottle of our Cordon Rosado rosé cava.

The ‘Sip and Shuck’ service is the hassle-free way for Londoners looking to enjoy restaurant quality food and wine from the comfort of their own home. Galley’s exquisite sharing platter includes an array of seasonally inspired and ethically sourced seafood; from tiger prawns and mussels to a whole crab served in the shell and a selection of delicious oysters.

Sparkling wine is renowned as a versatile food partner, with many native Spaniards recommending rosé Cava as the perfect pairing for seafood. Cordon Rosado has delicious summer berry flavours without being too sweet, and the acidity beautifully balances out the natural saltiness of oysters, mussels and crab.

The limited-edition offer will be available to pre-order on Deliveroo. Deliveries will begin from 5pm on 14th February. Just select the Freixenet Valentine’s Platter on the Galley London menu and will be able to place their order up 24 hours in advance.
