Autumn Fizz

It’s movie night season and we have the perfect way to spice up your Prosecco. It’s super simple to make but will certainly impress.


Step 1:

Slice one pear and a small knob of ginger.

Step 2:

Boil 500ml of water in a pan. Add the sliced pear – leave a few pieces for garnish – and the ginger into the boiling water.

Step 3: 

Let this simmer for 5 minutes and add 3 tablespoons of sugar

Step 4:

Boil further for 20 minutes, making sure to stir every so often. Once ready, strain and set your simple syrup to one side.

Step 5:

Dip your glass lightly in water and then cover the rim in sugar.

Step 6:

To your glass, add a dash of your simple syrup, your prosecco and then a pear slice to garnish!
