  • 65ml Freixenet ICE Cava 35ml Fig Leaf Gin
  • 50ml Plant Cream
  • 20ml Sea Buckthorn Juice 17.5ml Peach Syrup
  • 10ml Egg White

Decoration

  • Garnish with a picked fig leaf or edible flower

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, along with a handful of ice, before shaking well
Strain into a chilled tall highball glass and top with Freixenet ICE Cava
