Antipodean Fizz

This is the Antipodean Fizz - a celebratory cocktail created in honor of summer days & the great outdoors. It contains kiwi, fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice and ginger, all topped up with Freixenet Cordon Negro.


  • 25ml Pineapple juice
  • 10ml of esteemed ginger or gingerbread syrup.
  • Half a kiwi
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 35ml Gin
  • Topped with Freixenet Cordon Negro

Add half a peeled kiwi and the juice of half lemon and mash the fruit.
Incorporate the esteemed ginger or the gingerbread syrup, the pineapple juice and the gin.
Add some ice and shake.
Add ice to a high ball glass. Then top up with Cordon Negro.
Use a kiwi wheel and two straws.
