A story of innovation and craftmanship

The Elyssia (Elysium) range, which means heavenly, was born with the 1997 harvest with the aim to create a modern cava, which blends the legendary Chardonnay with the typical cava varieties; fresh, universal and appetising. A premium bubbly for Chardonnay lovers. A truly interesting blend, which also contains a small percentage of Pinot Noir wine produced as “blanc de noirs”.
